How to Book your Trip
The best way to start out is to contact our office for a detailed itinerary and information package on the trip of your choice. This package is very in-depth and should answer most if not all of the most immediate questions you might have. We'll also provide you with a trip registration form which you will need to complete and return to us to initiate your booking.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm trip reservations (deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 days prior to trip date). Final payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure. Upon registration, each participant must complete and submit an application form and sign an Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement. Completion of a medical form is also required.
Reservations cancelled less than 90 days prior to trip departure are not refundable. We highly recommend that you protect your investment by purchasing trip cancellation insurance prior to making your final payment.
Whitney and Smith Legendary Expeditions Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip if registration is below 75% capacity or logistical problems impede trip operations. In the event of trip cancellation by Whitney and Smith Legendary Expeditions Inc., a full refund will be issued. Note that due to the nature of operation in the wilderness and to the uncertainties in foreign currency exchange, trip prices are subject to change at any time.
